India and Mexico have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on analysis, know-how and innovation collaborations with give attention to a number of key know-how areas like Aerospace, Electronics Instrumentation & Strategic Sectors; Civil, Infrastructure & Engineering; Ecology, Environment Earth & Ocean Sciences and Water; Mining, Minerals, Metals & Materials; Chemicals (together with leather-based) and Petrochemicals; Energy (Conventional & Non-Conventional) and Energy Devices; Agri, Nutrition & Biotech and Healthcare.

The multi-sectoral settlement was signed within the presence of Union Minister for Science & Technology, Dr Jitendra Singh and Foreign Minister of Mexico Marcelo Ebrard on the India Science Centre, New Delhi in presence of high-level delegations from each the perimeters.

Dr Jitendra Singh identified that Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) and Mexican Agencies by way of this MoU may contribute successfully to the worldwide society by way of analysis and innovation partnerships for know-how growth, upscaling of one another’s Intellectual Property for commercialisation and analysis infrastructure growth & sharing. He stated, along with common analysis & growth, capability constructing & coaching and participation in data dissemination actions, a particular give attention to know-how and business collaboration has been structured within the MoU.
