Tamil Nadu minister and DMK chief Udhayanidhi Stalin earlier equated Sanatana Dharma with ‘dengue, malaria, fever and corona’ and added that it should not merely be opposed however eradicated.

Noting that DMK leaders likened Sanatan Dharma to numerous illnesses, Patra requested if worshipping Lord Shiva or Hanuman might be termed AIDS, dengue or most cancers.
