Officials from India’s earnings tax division has begun conducting searches on the BBC’s workplaces within the capital, New Delhi.

Teams from the tax division surveyed the BBC’s Delhi and Mumbai workplaces on Tuesday, the Press Trust of India information company reported, quoting officers who weren’t recognized.
