The assembly of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC) reviewed progress achieved by varied working teams and sub-groups because the final assembly of the panel in Moscow in November 2022.
