The trio of Ramita, Mehuli Ghosh and Ashi Chouksey opened India’s medal tally by securing silver medal within the girls’s 10m Air Rifle workforce occasion in the ongoing 19th Asian Games on September 24.

India received its first medal on the nineteenth Asian Games. India received a silver medal within the Women’s 10 Metre Air Rifle with a rating of 1886 with Ramita ending with 631.9 Mehuli 630.8 and Ashi 623.3. The trio of Ghosh, Ramita and Ashi Chouksey completed 2nd within the 10 M Air Rifle Team occasion Mehuli and Ramita completed 2nd and fifth respectively to qualify for the finals of the person occasion. Ashi (623.3) completed twenty ninth. 

The trio of Ramita, Mehuli Ghosh and Ashi Chouksey secured silver within the girls’s 10m air rifle workforce occasion on the finish of the qualification spherical with a complete rating of 1886. China received gold with 1896.6 whereas Mongolia took bronze with 1880.
