India’s gross home product (GDP) development within the January-March quarter grew 6.1 per cent, the National Statistical Office (NSO) in a launch on Wednesday acknowledged.

It added that the expansion in actual GDP throughout 2022-23 is estimated at 7.2 per cent as in comparison with 9.1 per cent in 2021-22.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in its annual report for the monetary 12 months 2022-23 mentioned that India’s development momentum is prone to be sustained in 2023-24 amid easing inflationary pressures regardless of going through challenges from an uninspiring world outlook.
