BENGALURU, Oct 1 (Reuters) – India’s Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE.NS) said on Friday that its board has denied requests from its top shareholders to convene an extraordinary general meeting (EGM).

Zee’s top shareholders, Invesco Developing Markets Fund and OFI Global China Fund LLC, had on Wednesday approached the country’s company law tribunal asking the media and entertainment company to hold an EGM. read more
