Jada Pinkett Smith thinks “clickbait” has influenced “The View” co-host Ana Navarro, who not too long ago accused her of publicly “emasculating” husband Will Smith.

When requested in regards to the criticism throughout an appearance on “The Breakfast Club” on Thursday, Pinkett Smith stated she thinks Navarro would have a greater understanding of the Smiths’ relationship if she learn Pinkett Smith’s memoir, “Worthy.” 

“If you want to just read headlines, I could see how that could be confusing,” Pinkett Smith stated. “But the book is right here.” 

“You have two books you can read actually,” she added, referencing her husband’s memoir “Will,” launched in 2021. 

“People have the right to their opinions, and I always know that anybody who’s saying that hasn’t really done their homework,” she continued.

Pinkett Smith stated she’s centered on her household bond, which she says has remained intact after she launched her bombshell memoir last month.

“Will knows what it is, I know what it is, my kids know what it is, and more importantly, Great Supreme does too,” she stated. “That’s really all I’m concerned with at the end of the day.” 

During an episode of “The View” final month, Navarro criticized Pinkett Smith and the varied particulars she has publicly shared about her relationship with the “King Richard” actor. 

“Listen, I’m done with the Jada thing, and I’m done defending Will because Will is out there supporting her,” she stated. “I think Will is being held emotionally prisoner.”

When co-host Sunny Hostin instructed she learn Pinkett Smith’s memoir, Navarro responded: “I don’t want to read the book. I don’t want give them another dime for her emasculating and embarrassing him to everybody in the world.”

Pinkett Smith sparked a media frenzy final month when she revealed particulars about her marriage with Smith forward of her e-book’s launch, telling NBC’s Hoda Kotb that the 2 had been secretly separated since 2016. In “Worthy,” she discusses the second Smith infamously slapped Chris Rock on the 2022 Oscars, amongst different revelations about her life and household. 

Though Pinkett Smith has acquired some backlash for sharing such particulars about her marriage with Smith, the “Bad Boys” actor has continued to publicly help her.  

During an appearance on the Enoch Pratt Free Library in Baltimore to advertise “Worthy” final month, Smith known as Pinkett Smith his “best friend.”

“Our union is a sloppy experiment in unconditional love,” Smith instructed the group, per The Baltimore Sun. “Jada is the best friend I have ever had on this planet, and I am going to show up for her and support her for the rest of my life.”
