China stated Japan smears the nation with an previous narrative and hypes up the so-called China menace, the international ministry stated on Tuesday at a daily information briefing.

In response to a query on Japan calling China a menace in its annual Diplomatic Bluebook report, spokesperson Wang Wenbin stated it interferes with China’s home affairs and China is against this.
