SRINAGAR, Oct 14: In the ongoing Khyber Milk Premier Football League 2021 played at Synthetic Turf TRC, the match between Kashmir Avenger FC (KAFC) and Sports Council FA (SCFA) ended with 2-2 goals draw, while the match between F&S XI and Arco remained 1:1 goal draw, here today.
As the play started, the KAFC made a move to breach the defence lines of SCFA and Kelvin put his team ahead in 16th minute of the match by scoring a goal. In the 26th minute of the game, KAFC consolidated its lead through Saqib.
Ali of SCFA managed to score a goal in the 65th minute of the play during the 2nd half, while Parvez levelled the score in the 69th minute and the match ended with 2-2 draw. Parvez of SCFA was declared as Man of the Match.
The 2nd match was played between Food & Supplies XI & Arco Football Club which ended with 1-1 draw. It was the 8th minute of the game when Food and Supplies scored the initial goal, whereas Arco FC levelled the score in the 89th minute of the game. Aijaz of F&S XI was declared as Man of the Match.
Meanwhile, in ‘A’Division Annual League Football tournament two matches were played at Gindun Ground Rajbagh wherein Madina Sports FC beat Al-Qudus FC by solitary goal and Tengpora FC defeated Manzoor Towheed FC by 5 goals to 1.
The tournament is being organized by J&K Football Association in collaboration with J&K Sports Council.
