Thiruvananthapuram: Minister V Sivankutty bestowed Mathrubhumi gold medal to S Megha and P Abhiram, who excelled within the Kerala State School Sports Meet 2022.

A panel of consultants, together with coach Tomy Cheriyan, captain KS Ajimon and Jimmy Joseph chosen the sportsperson, who displayed extraordinary efficiency on the sports activities fest.

S Megha, a scholar of Puliyaparamb HSS in Palakkad secured gold medal in 100-metre and 200-metre race. She took 12.23 seconds to complete 100 m and 25.25 seconds for 200 m operating race.

Abhiram, a scholar of CFD VHSS Mathur in Palakkad additionally received two gold medals within the senior 400-metre race and 4×400 m relay. He took 48.54 seconds to complete the 400 m race.
