Kshitij Prasad’s lawyer Satish Manshinde has reportedly alleged that the former employee of Dharmatic Entertainment (the digital arm of Dharma Productions), was specifically asked to name Karan Johar in his statement to the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). According to Times Now, the NCB has denied these allegations, stating that they are a professional agency.

Kshitij Ravi Prasad was arrested in the drug related case on Saturday and remanded to NCB’s custody till October 3. Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, Sushant Singh Rajput’s staffers Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant were previously arrested by the NCB in connection to the drugs-probe, which surfaced during Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case investigation.

Over the weekend, the NCB questioned several Bollywood actresses too in connection to the drugs-case. Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan and Shraddha Kapoor were grilled for hours by the investigating agency. While on Friday, Rakul Preet Singh was questioned by the NCB. According to latest reports, all the four actresses have denied substance abuse. A report on Timesofindia.com quoted an NCB official, “They said they don’t even smoke cigarettes.” Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash was also summoned for questioning by the NCB on Saturday.
