A faculty counselor from the Lake Forest School District is the state’s 2023 Delaware Behavioral Health Professional of the Year.
Dana Carey of Lake Forest North Elementary School stated she makes positive her college students know they’re beloved, cared for, and their fundamental wants are met.

The Delaware State Behavioral Health Professional of the Year (BHPY) program is run by the Delaware Department of Education (DDOE).
