LMS has introduced the launch of its latest Secure Link expertise which it says will allow messaging between corporations – together with enquiries and doc sharing – whereas enhancing turnaround instances and minimising fraud threat inside an “authenticated and secure conveyancing community”.

The newest model of LMS’ expertise – which was initially launched in 2021 – may also present:

• Case-specific dialog and job monitoring aiming to enhance the velocity and effectivity of how corporations can get updates from different stakeholders
• “Completely secure” messaging from legislation agency to legislation agency
• One singular view of your entire case, which LMS says will join all stakeholders to enhance turnaround instances whereas lowering fraud

“Not only will this improve customer service for the end borrower, but the fact that all users must be fully authenticated to access the platform also drastically reduces fraud risk,” stated LMS, who’ve a panel of round 4,000 corporations with 40,000 energetic customers.
