The police in Maharashtra‘s Thane district on Sunday registered a case towards a person for allegedly raping his 17-year-old relative and abetting her suicide, an official stated.

According to the police, the sufferer, who hailed from Bihar, had been dwelling with a relative’s household in Shilphata space to pursue her schooling.
