Former South Africa captain AB de Villiers has named Afghanistan all-rounder Rashid Khan as the best participant within the historical past of T20 cricket. Rashid, who rose to fame after his performances within the Indian Premier League, has been an important cog in Afghanistan’s rise in worldwide cricket.
