2. Damage reported by States/UTs throughout final 24 hours: –

Today NIL reviews acquired from 10 States/UTs:

  • Arunachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Odisha, Punjab, Tripura, Uttarakhand, Andaman & Nicobar and Dadra &Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.

Today reviews not acquired from 18 States/UTs:

  • Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Haryana, Jharkhand, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lakshadweep, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir and Puducherry.

Flood state of affairs in several States: –

Madhya Pradesh: –

  • Due to incessant and heavy rainfall throughout previous three days within the State, flood like situationhas been created in 08 districts (Balaghat, Mandla, Sehore, Seoni, Chhindwara, Dhar Khandwa and Khargone) and another districts have additionally been affected as a consequence of heavyrainfall. 07 to 30 cm rainfall has been recorded in these districts over the past 24 hrs.  Loss of 16 human lives have been reported in the course of the previous two days.

  • A complete of 17 homes absolutely and 186 homes have been partially broken in 60 villages of 08districts throughout previous two days.

  • 04 groups of NDRF together with rescue boats and different crucial equipments have been deployed in affected areas for rescue and reduction operation.  NDRF has evacuated 12 folks over the past 24 hrs.

Gujarat:

  • Due to incessant and heavy rainfall over the past 24 hrs and launch of water from Sardar Sarovar Dam, flood like state of affairs has been created in 05 districts (Panchmahal, Bharuch, Narmada, Dahod and Vadodara) within the state. 09 to 25 cm rainfall has been recorded in these districts over the past 24 hrs.
  • 12 folks have been reported to be stranded in Vadodara district and 40 folks in Naramda district. Search and rescue operations are being carried out by NDRF, SDRF, Air Force, Coast Guard, Police, and native administration.
  • 01 IAF helicopter and 01 ICG helicopter have been deployed within the state for rescue and reduction operation.
  • Till now 6838 individuals have been evacuated and 03 homes have been partially broken in 100 villages of 05 districts over the past 24 hrs.
  • 09 groups of NDRF together with rescue boats and different crucial equipments have been deployed in affected areas for rescue and reduction operation.
  • NDRF rescued 16 individuals and evacuated 24 individuals throughout final 24 hrs.

4. Deployment of NDRF: A complete of 124 groups of NDRF have been pre-positioned/deployed throughout the nation for the rescue and reduction operation is hooked up as Annexure – II.
