LA CROSSE (WKBT) – The thirty first Annual Great Tri-State Rail Sale chugged into city Saturday on the La Crosse Center. 

Model railroad fanatics obtained an opportunity so as to add to their collections, take a look at antiques and swap railroads. 

This is the biggest one-day passion sale within the Tri-State Area.

The 4000 Foundation, who hosts the Sale, says that it’s a nice alternative to community with distributors.

“If you happen to be looking for replacement parts or accessories for a model train or antique toy train, this is a great place to come looking for that.” stated 4000 Foundation President Mark Hamre. 

Money raised from the occasion will assist keep and restore the La Crosse Short Line Railroad Heritage Museum in Copeland Park.
