As the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) introduced the Test and ODI squads for the tour of West Indies, many followers and former cricketers had been left disenchanted seeing some First-Class performers’ names absent. The likes of Sarfaraz Khan, Abhimanyu Easwaran, and Priyank Panchal had been anticipated to be given the nod however none of them made it to the squad.
