A grand jury in Mississippi decided that there was no prison conduct on behalf of the officer who shot and wounded an 11-year-old boy in his home who had known as authorities for assist.

Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch says her workplace will take no additional motion towards Sgt. Greg Capers, the officer who shot Aderrien Murry.
