“The project architect and engineer have been working toward an October 2020 groundbreaking and a May 2021 grand opening,” Oswego Village Administrator Dan Di Santo said in a report to trustees. “As such, should the board desire to move forward with this project, staff recommends delaying the bid opening to the late fall or early winter to take advantage of the most favorable bidding environment and to split the project budget over two fiscal years.”
