Maria Cummins, mom of Australia Test captain Pat Cummins, has died after battling a chronic sickness. Cricket Australia (CA) confirmed the information by a tweet on Friday morning, forward of the beginning of Day 2 of the continued fourth Test between India and Australia on the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Cummins had flown again house to be together with his ailing mom, who was positioned into palliative care, following the conclusion of the second Test in Delhi final month.
