Today, we have found the quick and easy recipe for malai ladoos. This mithai only requires three ingredients – milk, sugar and paneer – to give creamy and soft ladoos at home. To make this ladoo, pour water and milk into a pan. Boil the milk till it is reduced to half its quantity. The water shall prevent the milk from sticking while it reduces. Meanwhile, you’ll need to make paneer. Boil full cream milk and add vinegar. Mix till the milk curdles. Drain the moisture from the curdled milk and you’ll get paneer. Mash the paneer into a fine paste. Keep this aside. Pour sugar into the reduced milk and add the mashed paneer. Once it has reached the right consistency, remove the pan from the flame. Make round ladoos from the batter and your mithai is ready!
