For immediate release

RAYMOND — Superintendent Tina McCoy announces that families will be able to pick up the technology for their students who are following a fully remote learning model this Thursday.

Pick up will be available for the families of fully remote students only on Thursday, Aug. 27 from 1-5 p.m. at Raymond High School, 45 Harriman Hill Road. The pick up location will be the same regardless of the school the student attends.

Technology equipment students will be loaned for remote learning this school year may include a district-owned Chromebook and charger.

Families will only be able to borrow the equipment if their student:

  • Is signed up for fully remote learning, not hybrid learning.
  • Has fully completed and submitted their new or returning student registration.
  • Has returned any previously borrowed technology.

Parents or guardians will need to fill out a technology use permission form when they arrive to pick up the equipment.

Students following a hybrid teaching model will be given their equipment during the first two weeks of school.

Protective cases for the Chromebooks will be provided to students in the coming weeks as well.

Any parent of a fully remote student who cannot pick up the equipment on Thursday can call the Technology Support Hotline at 603-690-9005 to set up an appointment for a later date.
