Rohit Gupta of ZEE in an exclusive conversation with ET Now over weak Q1 numbers for ZEE Entertainment.

Q1 will have a significant impact of the lockdown on our ad revenue. We already are seeing reshoots and advertisers are coming back. There is a significant increase in July and August. The full growth will come back in Q3 so we are expecting H2 ad revenues will be higher than last year. 

Subscription revenues have remained resilient both on TV and digital. We are at 6.2% growth in this quarter and we expect subscription revenue will be strong, says Rohit Gupta, CFO, ZEE
