If one had to make a list of friendships in Bollywood that have stood the test of time, Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn’s bond would top the list. Friends from before the two made their mark as two of the country’s biggest entertainers, Rohit and Ajay have managed to translate their personal bond into a very fruitful professional relationship as well. So, when Ajay Devgn won his third National Award for Best Actor at the 68th National Awards on Friday, Rohit dropped a very special message for his friend. Sharing an image of the two of them hugging, Rohit said, “Zakhm. The Legend Of Bhagat Singh. And now Tanhaji. Three national awards. One man. Ajay Devgn.” He also added a happy emoji on the Instagram Stories post.

Rohit Shetty’s love for Ajay Devgn is apparent on his Instagram timeline. Previously on the occasion of Ajay’s birthday, Rohit shared a video featuring Ajay Devgn and said, “Happy birthday to the man who has been my support system for the last 30 years, from cinema to life. Thank you for always having my back and being you.”

Meanwhile Rohit Shetty was not the only one to wish Ajay Devgn. Ajay’s wife, actress Kajol – who was also a part of Tanhaji – shared a post that features a behind-the-scenes image of Ajay and her on set. In the caption, she said, “Team Tanhaji wins 3 national awards. So happy and proud! Best Actor Ajay Devgn. Best Popular Film providing Wholesome Entertainment – Om Raut. Best Costume – Nachiket Barve.”
