Actor Sanjay Gandhi feels that people shouldn’t use such harsh words for anyone because it might trigger them to do something drastic. He is a firm believer of the philosophy, ‘do not expect too much from anyone or from life.’

“I guess, often in anger we end up saying things like ‘
mar jao ja kar‘, without thinking of the repercussions. You should choose your words carefully and not say anything negative or bad to someone. Anything said in anger, often affects other and that may lead to something grave, ” he said.

He further added, “You can’t get everything that you want, and even when you get everything, there is no guarantee that you will be happy. I just feel people should accept life as it is. Don’t expect high from life and then you will be happy and content. Then you won’t complain for what you don’t have, you won’t have regrets in life. Desires are never ending, so don’t be greedy, so that there are no insecurities. It is the easiest way to save yourself from getting into depression because it all starts from expectations.”

Sanjay has been a part of the industry for over three decades now. He has featured in films like ‘Black Friday’, ‘No Smoking’, ‘Gulaal‘, ‘Udaan‘ and ‘Hate Story 3′, to name a few, and was also a part of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai‘, where he gave a memorable performance. He admits that because of the nature of their profession, the people in the industry face high level stress and the only way to get over it to focus on their work.

“In the entertainment industry the stress level is very high, and it’s not just limited to actors, it’s with directors, producers, technicians, everyone. I guess if people focus on work, it will definitely divert their mind from any such thoughts. That’s what I would like to suggest all my colleagues,” he signed off.
