Eid launch Satyaprem Ki Katha posted a “healthy score” on its opening day yesterday, studies commerce analyst Taran Adarsh. If its target audience – families – patronize the content, a strong weekend number cannot be ruled out,” he continued.

Satyaprem Ki Katha is directed by Sameer Vidwans and co-stars Supriya Pathak, Gajraj Rao, Anuradha Patel and Rajpal Yadav. The movie stars Kartik as a happy-go-lucky slacker who finally ends up marrying Kiara’s character, a troubled younger girl with a darkish previous.
