Shah Rukh Khan may have had a low key birthday celebration on November 2 but fans made sure that it was a memorable one. Making it a grand celebration, Dubai’s iconic skyscraper Burj Khalifa was lit up with a birthday message for the actor. On Tuesday, the world’s tallest building was lit up with an image of Shah Rukh Khan and a couple of messages that read “Happy Birthday SRK’ and “We Love You”. A video of Burj Khalifa was shared on Twitter with Shah Rukh Khan’s song ‘Tujhe Dekha Toh Yeh Jaana Sanam’ from the blockbuster movie ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge‘ playing in the background.

Last year, Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his birthday in Dubai and at that time too the Burj Khalifa was lit up for the Badshah of Bollywood. At that time, an elated SRK had penned, “Being my own guest in Dubai… my kids mighty impressed and me is loving it!” However this year, Shah Rukh Khan had a muted celebration. The actor had reportedly taken off to his Alibaug bungalow with his family for the birthday. While fans gathered outside Mannat to catch a glimpse of their favourite actor but he didn’t step out.

Shah Rukh Khan had dropped all his shoots with son Aryan Khan being embroiled in a massive controversy. The actor now plans to resume work on Atlee’s next by the end of this month. Shah Rukh Khan was also supposed to travel to Spain for the international schedule of ‘Pathan’. He had called off the shoot but looks like everything will be back on track.
