SkillStorm, a company the develops and deploys teams of domestic technology talent, appointed Justin Vianello as CEO and Joe Mitchell as COO. Vianello has led companies in North America and Australia that specialize in technology development. Mitchell brings more than 20 years of experience in education, technology, training and enterprise sales across North America and Europe. Founder and former CEO of the Jacksonville, Florida-based firm, Vince Virga, will remain co-chairman of the board along with Hany Girgis; they will also continue as company and client advisors.

Staffing firm ApTask named Jeff Holmes as VP of sales and strategic partnerships. Holmes has more than 15 years of staffing experience, including having served at the Allegis Group. ApTask is based Iselin, New Jersey.

Tom Dawicki is division director of Beacon Hill Technologies’ new location in Hartford, Connecticut. Beacon Hill Technologies is the IT staffing division of Beacon Hill Staffing Group. The Hartford location is the company’s 55^th office.
