  • On Thursday, September 3 at 7:30 pm, Morris Museum will present the Lot of Strings Music Festival featuring Catalyst Quartet. Hailed by the New York Times at their Carnegie Hall debut as “invariably energetic and finely burnished…playing with earthy vigor,” Catalyst Quartet is comprised of top laureates and alumni of the internationally acclaimed Sphinx competition.
  • Melissa Etheridge will perform a Saturday Night streaming Concert at 6 pm. Single Tickets are $10.
  • Bumble, The Surf Lodge & Governors Ball present a special virtual concert series featuring Gary Clark Jr. with sounds by Blackillac on Sept 6 at 7:30 pm.

  • Each week, The Montclair Film Discover Together program, shares a weekly schedule and encourages everyone to watch along at home on your own time, on the device of your choice (each film is available on one of the popular streaming services), and share your thoughts online by tagging them @MontclairFilm

Art, Literature, & History

  • Join Montclair Art Museum’s online artist series MAM Conversations on Thursday, September 3 at 6 pm as they spend the evening with photographer Kris Graves, who will be joining from shooting on the road. Graves is known for portraiture, landscapes and award-winning photo books that preserve memories of people and places, and create opportunities for conversation about race, representation, and urban life.

  • Bloomfield Center invites you for Al Fresco Dining and musical entertainment on Friday nights from 6 pm – 10 pm.
