Former Congress president Sonia Gandhi has been admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi attributable to bronchitis. In an announcement, the hospital mentioned that the 76-year-old is steady.

Mrs Gandhi was admitted to the hospital yesterday, a hospital spokesperson mentioned.

DS Rana, Chairman, Trust Society, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital mentioned Gandhi has been admitted to the hospital beneath the supervision of Arup Basu, senior guide, Department of Chest Medicine, and his crew, “on account of fever”.

The hospital mentioned that Mrs Gandhi is beneath commentary and is present process investigations.

The bulletin mentioned, “Sonia Gandhi is under observation and undergoing investigations. Her condition is stable.”

This is the second time she has been admitted to a hospital this 12 months. In January, Sonia Gandhi had been admitted to a Delhi Hospital for therapy of a viral respiratory an infection.
