Tamil Nadu Sports Development Authority will begin summer season sports activities coaching camp on the Virudhunagar District Sports Stadium from May 1.

In an announcement, Virudhunagar Collector V.P. Jayaseelan, mentioned that each one college students, each girls and boys, can be part of the 15-day coaching programme. The coaching classes can be carried out between 6.30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to six.30 p.m. The college students will likely be skilled in observe occasions, basket ball, soccer, hockey and volleyball.

They can be given tiffin throughout the coaching. Those who efficiently full the coaching programme would get sports activities uniform and certificates, the Collector mentioned.

Meanwhile, Jawahar Siruvar Mandram would conduct a coaching programme on drawing, bharatnatyam, folks dance and silambam at Sivakasi.

In an announcement, its Tirunelveli regional assistant director V. Gopalakrishnan mentioned youngsters within the age group of 5 years to 16 years can take part within the coaching programme to be carried out at Annamalai Unnamalaiammal Municipal Higher Secondary School on Saturdays and Sundays from May 3.
