The Supreme Court at the moment acquitted three convicts who had been awarded the loss of life penalty by a Delhi court docket after being held responsible of raping and killing a 19-year-old girl in Delhi’s Chhawala space in 2012.

The capital punishment was confirmed by the Delhi High Court on August 26, 2014, saying they had been “predators” transferring on the streets and “were looking for prey”.

Three males, Ravi Kumar, Rahul and Vinod had been convicted underneath numerous prices coping with kidnapping, rape and homicide.
