Actor Suriya has opted out of Tamil filmmaker Bala’s upcoming film ”Vanangaan”.

In a press release, posted on Friday, the filmmaker confirmed that the National Award winner has exited the venture after there have been some adjustments within the story.

”I needed to direct a brand new film referred to as ‘Vanangaan’ with my brother Suriya. But on account of some adjustments within the story, I now have doubts whether or not this story will likely be appropriate for Suriya.

”Surya has full religion in me and this story. It can be my obligation as a brother that I mustn’t trigger even a small embarrassment to my youthful brother who has a lot love, respect and belief,” Bala stated.

”Vanangaan” would have marked the third collaboration between the ”Jai Bhim” star and the filmmaker after the critically-acclaimed titles ”Nandha” (2001) and ”Pithamagan” (2003).

Bala stated it was ”mentioned and unanimously determined” that Suriya will withdraw from ”Vanangaan”. He added that they may positively collaborate for one more venture in future.

”It was a call he made in his finest curiosity, though he was deeply saddened by it. The Suriya I noticed in ‘Nandha’ and the Suriya you noticed in ‘Pithamagan’ will certainly be part of us in one other second. Otherwise the capturing of ‘Vanangan’ will proceed…” he concluded.
