Also on Aug. 8, the health department cited and closed Seven, a downtown nightclub and restaurant located at 130 7th Street, for Covid-related violations which allegedly included an exceedance of more than 25 people inside the business, customers being permitted to sit at a bar, offering seated indoor service after 11 p.m. and allowing for the consumption of alcoholic beverages without a meal. Seven did not respond to requests for comment as of publication.
