Chatpati Chaap Roll Recipe: How To Make Chatpati Chaap Roll

To begin with the recipe, we first need to make soya chaap. For this, add maida and cooked soya chunks in a bowl. Blend them together. Add salt and water to make a dough. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it on a flat surface like a chapati. Take a container with boiling water and place the soya chaap sticks for 10 minutes until it slightly changes its colour.

For the roll, in a bowl, add maida, soya bean oil, salt, sugar, a pinch of baking powder, warm milk, and mix it well to make a soft dough. Let it sit for half an hour. Now, in a pan, add butter and small pieces of soya chaap. Add salt, black pepper, chaat masala, chopped onions, and stir it. For the complete recipe of chatpati chaap roll, click here.
