Maui Health will host a toy drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday for workers and suppliers who misplaced their properties and private belongings to the current fires throughout Maui.

Maui Health and Maui Health Foundation, has been capable of finding short-term lodging for every of their workers and medical workers members who misplaced their properties.

“Beyond providing shelter, thanks to the kindness of our fellow healthcare providers and Maui Health team, we have also provided bedding, clothing, toiletries, and essential household items for these individuals in need,” stated Dr. Vic Ayers, Orthopedic Surgeon and Chief of Staff at Maui Health. And now requests are coming in for youngsters’s toys, he stated.

“We’re extending an invitation to the public to join our toy drive and support the healthcare heroes affected by the fires.”

The Maui Health Medical Staff Office staff will settle for donations at Maui Memorial Medical Center’s round driveway, adjoining to the primary foyer entrance. For extra data, go to www.mauihealth.org/wildfire.
