UNICEF India, the International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) Delhi and the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) collectively launched a 10-week Digital Health Enterprise Planning Course that goals to bridge tech data gaps amongst healthcare professionals, as per the press launch. 

Rolling out from 17 April 2024, the course goals to equip healthcare professionals, together with medical doctors, nurses, pharmacists, healthcare directors and allied health professionals with the abilities to assist the digital transformation of the healthcare sector. Policymakers, IT professionals, and people concerned in healthcare technology implementation are can also take the course, as talked about within the launch.

The 10-week course consists of 9 modules and covers a variety of matters essential to digital well being implementation. It begins with understanding the hyperlink between digital expertise and healthcare, progresses by way of planning nationwide digital well being methods, integrating digital interventions into well being methods, and executing digital well being initiatives utilizing an enterprise strategy. Participants will be taught to develop digital well being methods, implement enterprise plans, set up digital well being platforms, execute interventions, handle costing and procurement, in addition to deal with governance, insurance policies, laws, and workforce points. The course concludes with a module on the way forward for digital well being.
