NEW DELHI: The ministry of home affairs on Wednesday released guidelines for Unlock 5, allowing reopening of cinema halls and entertainment parks from October 15 with 50% capacity.
It has allowed swimming pools to open for training of sportspersons.
The lockdown in containment zones will stay in force till October 31.
