The US on Thursday designated six firms based mostly in Pakistan on its entity checklist for unsafeguarded nuclear and missile proliferation actions.

The Department of Commerce added as many as 24 firms to the entities checklist together with these from Pakistan, Latvia, Russia, Singapore, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates.

Companies based mostly out of Pakistan are Dynamic Engineering Corporation, EnerQuip Private, Ltd., NAR Technologies General Trading LLC, Trojans, Rainbow Solutions, and Universal Drilling Engineers.

According to a federal register notification, Dynamic Engineering Corporation has been added to the ‘Entity List’ as a result of it poses an unacceptable threat of utilizing or diverting export management objects to Pakistan’s unsafeguarded nuclear actions, opposite to the nationwide safety and overseas coverage pursuits of the United States.

Same is the case with Rainbow Solutions, whereas EnerQuip Private, Ltd., and Universal Drilling Engineers have been added to the checklist based mostly on their contributions to unsafeguarded nuclear actions and missile proliferation-related actions.

NAR Technologies General Trading LLC and TROJANS have been added to the Entity List beneath the locations of Pakistan and the U.A.E., based mostly on their actions and actions which are opposite to the nationwide safety and overseas coverage pursuits of the United States.

Specifically, these firms have equipped and/or tried to provide objects topic to export management to Pakistan’s unsafeguarded nuclear actions and ballistic missile programme.
