A disagreement broke out on Saturday between Phogat cousins Vinesh and Babita with the previous asking the latter to not “weaken” the continuing protest by the wrestlers in opposition to WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh. “Priyanka Vadra reached Jantar Mantar with her personal secretary Sandeep Singh to seek justice for women wrestlers, but this person himself has been accused of misbehaving women and insulting a Dalit woman,” Babita, who contested and misplaced within the final Haryana Assembly elections from BJP ticket, mentioned in her tweet.

The Delhi Police Friday registered two FIRs in reference to sexual harassment allegations levelled by ladies wrestlers in opposition to WFI chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

The first FIR pertains to allegations levelled by a minor which has been registered underneath the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act together with related sections of the Indian Penal Code regarding outraging modesty.

The second FIR has been registered for finishing up complete investigations into the complaints by grownup complainants underneath related IPC sections pertaining to outraging of modesty.
