The video has gone viral, receiving over 1.1 million views and 50k likes. She made a scrumptious paste with Gochujang sauce and different Korean-style elements like brown sugar and pepper flakes. Then, she added garlic, onion and butter to make a base for the noodles. The gochujang paste was then blended in, together with cream and cheese as talked about by Janhvi Kapoor. Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Low carb Shiitake noodles
  • 1 cup mushrooms and bell pepper sauteed in some olive oil
  • 2-3 rooster sausages or some other protein of selection
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 spring onion whites

For Sauce combine:

  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp Korean pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp gentle soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp cream
  • Some grated Parmesan cheese

Method:

  1. Prepare the sauce combine by combining all elements and setting it apart.
  2. Sauté the chopped greens and cook sausages as per the specified methodology and put aside
  3. In a pan, add some butter and sauté garlic and spring onion whites. Add the ready sauce combination and let it simmer until the oil separates.
  4. Add the low-carb noodles adopted by cream and cheese. Add the cooked veggies and sausages.
  5. Add spring onion greens and revel in!
