ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Famed singer-songwriter Usher Raymond is about to obtain two illustrious Atlanta-based honors on Wednesday.

Atlanta’s Black Music and Entertainment Walk of Fame will reveal his emblem, and Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens will bestow him with the town’s highest honor, the Phoenix Award.

The recognitions come after Usher carried out a 13-minute present on the Super Bowl in Las Vegas on Sunday.
