Iris, India’s first AI-generated faculty trainer robotic, was unveiled at a grand occasion in a Kerala faculty by Makerlabs Edutech. Powered by cutting-edge robotics and generative AI know-how, Iris options an in-built voice assistant and runs on an Intel chipset. The humanoid, clad in a saree, interacted with college students in a video shared on Instagram. Developed below the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) mission by NITI Aayog, Iris goals to revolutionize conventional educating, responding to queries and educating college students from nursery to class 12 by way of an Android app. Currently proficient in three languages, builders plan to increase its language capabilities to twenty languages.
