On August 31 and September 7, Doctors of BC held two doctor engagement periods on system interoperability—one thing you advised us was an integral part of a provincial digital well being technique.

These 1-hour periods, hosted by the Doctors Technology Office (DTO) and facilitated by doctor leaders, sought members’ enter on medical wants that should be met by any digital resolution the Ministry of Health and PHSA enlists to assist system-wide interoperability of EMRs, medical methods, and different digital well being applied sciences.

Building on intensive household and specialist doctor enter gathered over 5+ years, contributors’ suggestions helped to:
