Many anticipated Friday to be the day that Luis Rubiales, the pinnacle of Spain’s soccer federation, would tender his resignation. That’s not what occurred — and by the top of the day members of the nationwide girls’s soccer group vowed to not play so long as Rubiales and different leaders stay in energy.
