After the announcement of Nobel Peace Prize to Iranian rights activist Narges Mohammadi, Iranian authorities, on Friday, criticised. The authorities referred to as it a ‘biased and political’ motion by the Nobel committee.

“We note that the Nobel Peace Committee awarded the Peace Prize to a person who was convicted of repeated violations of laws and criminal acts,” Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanani mentioned in a press release.

“We condemn this biased and political transfer,” mentioned the Iranian authorities in its assertion.
