The COVID-19 pandemic seems to have made people more health conscious and a lot of people are now adapting a healthier lifestyle. Be it following a healthy diet, doing yoga or cycling, being fit has become really important. The fear of contracting the coronavirus has also made people more aware of the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle and a strong immune system.
Gujarati singer and actor Arvind Vegda is also one of those who has started taking fitness a lot more seriously. “I used to go cycling earlier also, but I was not very regular with it, but now I make sure I do it daily,” says Arvind talking about his fitness regimen. He adds, “We all have started moving out for now and being in the entertainment industry, our profession is such that we have to work in close proximity with others and so it is very important that have a strong immunity and a healthy body. This is one way of keeping the virus at bay.”

From doing yoga in the morning, to going for cycling in the evening and following a healthy diet, Arvind is doing it all. “I do yoga for an hour every morning and now I am only eating healthy food. This way we can ensure that we are doing our best to remain fit and fight the virus.”

Arvind Vegda recently completed shooting for a Gujarati TV show titled Khadkhadat and is currently shooting for another talk show Ha Moj Ha.
