NEW DELHI (Reuters) – India is open to being part of buying and selling blocs which embody China if Beijing ensures its financial system is open, clear, and complies with the foundations of the World Trade Organisation, India’s commerce minister Piyush Goyal mentioned at a media occasion on Thursday.
